Riff-Raff has lived in the streets of Westfinster for a majority of his life and has always desired of making it big. This desire if what became known into the Catillac Cats, a group consisting of his best friends. Although he has a short temper and a quick fighting attitude, can be lazy at times, he still acts as a fair gentleman to his love interest, Cleo, although he has cheated on her a few times, like in the in his entire life. He also cares about his friends also new ones like Kid Soldier,Kid Striker and other people he never seen in his life. goes out of his way to help them and stop evil terrorist elitist from killing them. Riff Rafff is also very skillful feline soldier now as Kid Soldier and his Relative from Nutmeg family the tabby cat heathcliff.
